Who We're Looking For
Software Engineers
Backend, full-stack, and platform engineers who build systems that hold up under real scientific workloads. You have shipped production infrastructure, you care about correctness, and you are not afraid of domains you do not yet know.
AI & Automation Engineers
People who understand what agentic systems actually require. Not just prompting, but architecture. You have built pipelines that run without hand-holding. You follow where the field is going, not where it has been.
Cloud & Infrastructure Architects
Engineers who design for scale and reliability from the start. You have built and owned cloud infrastructure end-to-end, understand the cost of shortcuts, and take long-term ownership of what you deploy.
Business Development & Partnerships
You understand science well enough to have a substantive conversation with a research director or a chief scientific officer. You can navigate complex enterprise relationships without losing sight of what we are building and why it matters.
